The Subaru Rewards credit card is touted as one of the best auto-mobile provider credit cards, and for many good reasons. It has a good APR, introductory rates, gives you rewards over time for purchases, and can be used like any other major credit card thanks to it being a MasterCard. The reward scheme earns you up to 3% back on any qualifying purchases you make such as dining or gas (up to 500 Rewards Dollars available to earn each year) which you can then redeem for Subaru parts, servicing, car purchasing and leasing, either new or pre owned. You first purchase also gets you 25 bonus Subaru Reward Dollars. It is simple to keep on top of your points – each time you earn 100 points you get a coupon delivered to you in the post.

Users get 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers for the first 6 billing cycles after the account is opened. Once the introductory period is over, a standard rate of 16.24% APR applies. Cash advance and overdraft advance APR is 24.24% These rates will vary depending on the Prime Rate. Penalty APR is 29.99%. No annual fee. Transfer fess $5 or 3% of transferred amount. Late payment, over-credit and return payment fees are a maximum of $35.
Subaru Rewards Credit Card Online Account Management
The Subaru Credit Card is issued by Chase Bank, and you can use Chase to manage your credit card with a convenient online account management service. With this service you can oversee your account, pay your bills, opt to go paperless and much more.
The Subaru Rewards credit card is issued by JP Morgan Chase has standard dispute resolution procedures in place if you have an issue with your card or a transaction. The procedure requires you notify them in writing to begin the resolution process. Within 30 days of receiving your notice they will contact you letting you know they have received it. If the issue has not yet been resolved when you get the first response, within 90 days of receiving your notice they will contact you again. They will either have corrected the issue, or provide an explanation why they believe the bill is correct. During this process they will not try to collect any disputed amount from you and they will not report any disputed amount to any credit reporting agencies.
There is no mandatory Arbitration agreement associated with this card. This means that in the event a dispute cannot be resolved with the bank, claims can be brought in a Court of proper jurisdiction. All claims regarding the card must be litigated under Delaware law.
